Participate and return home with solutions:
This International Master Class will on the one hand bring together laboratory personnel who are responsible for the implementation, maintenance, improvement and operation of the laboratory management system, with experienced international trainers.
Before the beginning of the Master Class trainees will get access to a preparatory online course. In this way, all trainees will start the Master Class on the same level and have an easy tool to remind them of the main issues of the standard after leaving the Master Class.
The intention is to have a very interactive course, with problem-based learning. Participants will leave with the knowledge and the skills to progress from theory into practical application and discover the most cost-effective way to adapt the standard to their organisation. They will also have the opportunity to discuss with the trainers and their peers the issues they are struggling with.
